Some of the most popular young recording artists today - R5 (Hollywood Records), The Vamps (Island Records), Shawn Mendes (Island Records), Christina Grimmie (Island Records), Jacob Latimore (RCA Records) and Leslie Grace (Top Stop Music) - are scheduled to perform at Radio Disney's Family VIP Birthday, an acoustic concert for kids, tweens and families on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22 at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. The celebration, designed to be a unique musical experience for kids, tweens and families, will be hosted by entertainment personality/recording artist Alli Simpson and Disney Channel stars and Hollywood Records artists Olivia Holt and Zendaya. It will also feature special appearances by Fifth Harmony (Epic Records) and Radio Disney on-air personalities Morgan & Maddy, Candice and Brooke Taylor.

the concert will air as "Disney Channel Celebrates Radio Disney's Family Birthday" SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.
A live, three-hour radio broadcast of
the concert will be available as part of Radio Disney's "Saturday Night Party" - Birthday Edition beginning 8:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. PT. "Total Access Live!," a one-hour video live stream featuring exclusive pre-show backstage interviews with surprise guests, will be available on the Radio Disney Android and iOS apps beginning 7:00 p.m. ET / 4:00 p.m. PT.
Radio Disney also invites kids and families in attendance to join The
Walt Disney Company and Feeding America this holiday season with the #ThisBox campaign, launched by ABC's "The Chew," to help support local food banks nationwide provide nutritious foods to kids after school. The social media call to action will help drive awareness for the need to fill food banks for nutritious foods, including canned, frozen and fresh fruits and vegetables, which can directly benefit children and families who are in need.
