"How Jill Got Her Groove Back" - On this episode of ABC's "Wipeout," THURSDAY, ?AUGUST 22 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET), 24 courageous contestants, including a "Time Traveler," a "Homecoming Prince" and a "Park Ranger," each have the chance to walk away a winner with the grand prize of $50,000.

Hopefully the contestants coat their stomachs with something, as the Qualifier opens with them paying a visit to the "Wipeout Dump" and ending with a reservation at "Wipeout's" very own "Sushi Bar." The 12 competitors who persevere through the first round will move on to face off against "Wipeout's" sea villain, "Octopushy."

Only six contestants will dance off to the next stage on, "Wipeout's Greatest Hits: Disco Edition." The first three competitors to make it through will put it all on the table during the Wipeout Zone. But only one fierce contestant who defeats the tricky "Blockbuster" and the frightening "Space Pod of Doom" will claim the grand prize, while everyone else will Wipeout!

"Wipeout" has successfully taped over 100 episodes, a feat we'll be celebrating all season long. In addition, the series recently won the 2013 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award for Favorite Reality Show for the second year in a row.

Each week, 24 energetic new contestants of all ages, shapes and sizes go head to head through four rounds of demanding but hilarious obstacle courses to win the title of Wipeout Champion and the $50,000 grand prize. In the end, only one contestant will be victorious, while everyone else will Wipeout!

"Wipeout" executive producers are Matt Kunitz ("101 Ways to Leave a Game Show," "Fear Factor") and Scott Larsen. Kevin Wehrenberg, Trice Barto and J. Rupert Thompson are co-executive producers. The series is produced by Endemol USA.
