Four fast friends who dance in a burlesque show under the name Brazen Booties, decide to open themselves up by taking the challenge on an all-new episode of “The Letter,” airing TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 1 (9:00-10:00 p.m. EDT), on Freeform.

In the episode titled “Brazen Booties,” four burlesque dancers decide to take The Letter challenge. They will each draw names and anonymously write to the selected person a letter outlining their opinion of what behavior or actions need to be changed. Will baring themselves to their friends bond them or leave them feeling vulnerable?

• Chad (aka Ava Zigfield) is the “authority on camp and general hilarity,” but his friends know a rift with his father has caused him deep pain.

• Ashleeta, the pinup of the group, suffers from severe social anxiety. The gang wants her to put herself out there more.
• Mary, the fire dancer, has a similar problem as Ashleeta: She prefers to be alone when she’s not with her troupe, keeping herself from trying new things.

• Shy, the leader, struggles to juggle her schedule. Between kids, work, dancing and being the creative director of the troupe, her life is “organized chaos.” The other Booties want her to learn to lean on others for help.

When each friend receives their letter, they are required to follow all of the letter’s instructions for one week. Chad has to write and perform a play about his life; Shy has to follow the advice of a leadership coach; Ashleeta has to approach strangers and get them to ask her random questions; and Mary has to open herself up to new opportunities, starting with flying in a tiny, roofless plane.

“The Letter” is a bold, new relationship show that asks the simple question: “If you could anonymously tell your best friend in a letter the things that he or she really needed to hear, would you do it?” In each stand-alone episode, four friends draw names and anonymously write to the selected person a thoughtful, yet totally honest letter outlining their opinion of what needs to be changed in order to improve and transform their friend’s life for the better. For one week, each “reader” must follow all the rules and instructions outlined in the letter – culminating in a dramatic and emotionally charged meeting where the authors of each letter reveal themselves to their best friends. The series is narrated by actress Zelda Williams (“Dead of Summer”).

“The Letter” is produced by Sirens Media, part of Leftfield Entertainment, an ITV America company. Executive producers for Sirens Media are Rebecca Toth Diefenbach, Valerie Haselton, Lucilla D’Agostino, Jack Mori and Arthur Borman. Zelda Williams serves as producer.
