Scoop: THE CHEW - Week of 1/27 on ABC
Celebrating and exploring life through food, "The Chew" is an innovative and groundbreaking daytime series co-hosted by a dynamic group of engaging, fun, relatable experts in food, lifestyle, and entertaining. Produced by Gordon Elliott's Chew Productions for the ABC Television Network, "The Chew" serves up everything food -- from cooking and home entertaining to food trends, restaurants, holidays and more -- all aimed at making life better, fuller and more fun. The show features celebrity chefs Mario Batali, Michael Symon, and Carla Hall, entertaining expert Clinton Kelly and health and wellness enthusiast Daphne Oz.
For the next four weeks, culinary professionals from around the country will appear weekly on "The Chew" to showcase their skills in developing and preparing healthy, delicious dishes for a chance to win $75,000 and one-year consulting contract with Weight Watchers as the Weight Watchers Chef.

MONDAY, JANUARY 27 - "OUR SECRET RECIPES: REVEALED!" - Just in time for game day, Michael Symon shows the secret to perfect corn dogs; Clinton Kelly makes his favorite spaghetti carbonara with Dule Hill ("Psych" and Broadway's "After Midnight") and Mario Batali visits a New York institution-Russ & Daughters, where he learns the essentials of slicing smoked salmon.
TUESDAY, JANUARY 28 - "ALL YOU CAN EAT BREAKFAST" - It's Chewsday Tuesday, so the audience chooses which delicious dessert Mario Batali will create and Clinton Kelly and Michael Symon team up to make a decadent breakfast, and Daphne Oz makes a morning meal sure to satisfy everyone.
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 29 - "PERFECT PARTY FOOD" - Daphne Oz shows how to be the host with the most with a party-pleasing dish. "The Search for the Weight Watchers Chef" continues as two contestants compete to offer the best game day recipes. "The Chew" travels to Sugar & Plumm in New York City to get a taste of their delicious Danish pastry, Ebelskivers, and Clinton Kelly gives his tips for a perfect punch, while Michael Symon teaches Beer 101.
THURSDAY, JANUARY 30 - "PIGSKIN PLATTERS" - As the big game nears, Mario Batali and Clinton Kelly team up to make the perfect party platter; Michael Symon cooks with the winner of 'Tailgate Tank,' a competition with audience members; Carla Hall creates two quick and easy dishes and Clinton Kelly has cocktails both themed for the big day.
FRIDAY, JANUARY 31 - "EXTRA VALUE FRIDAY: CHEWPER BOWL" - It's a super showdown, when Michael Symon and Mario Batali Face Off with their best chili recipes judged by former Superbowl winners Jerome Bettis ("The Bus") from the Steelers and NY Giant Victor Cruz as well as ESPN analyst, former NY Giant and "Bachelor" star Jesse Palmer; Carla Hall and Clinton Kelly pair up to deliver their best game day-inspired dishes and Daphne hosts a football food pyramid game.
