Scoop: PRIVATE PRACTICE on ABC - Tuesday, January 8, 2013 "Good Fries are Hard to Come By" - Amelia, now sober for more than a year and on the mend emotionally, goes on a series of disastrous blind dates set up by the other doctors at the practice. After vowing to be alone indefinitely, she teams up with James on a medical procedure, which leads to dinner -- and the dinner leads to something completely unexpected -- on "Private Practice," TUESDAY, JANUARY 8 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Private Practice" stars Kate Walsh as Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery, Benjamin Bratt as Dr. Jake Reilly, KaDee Strickland as Dr. Charlotte King, Paul Adelstein as Dr. Cooper Freedman, Brian Benben as Dr. ShelDon Wallace, Caterina Scorsone as Dr. Amelia Shepherd, and Griffin Gluck as Mason Warner, with Taye Diggs as Dr. Sam Bennett and Amy Brenneman as Dr. Violet Turner.

Guest starring MATT LONG as Dr. James Peterson, Lee Garlington as Stella Peterson, Kimberly Hebert Gregory as Kaye Ramsey, Ron Perkins as Tom Peterson and Jason Dechert as George Ellis.

"Good Fries are Hard to Come By" was written by Elizabeth J.B. Klaviter and Zahir McGhee and directed by James Larkin.
