MEANWHILE, AMBER HELPS RYAN SECURE A JOB WORKING ON JOEL’S CONSTRUCTION CREW. - Glen Hansard ('ONCE'), Ray Romano ('MEN OF A CERTAIN AGE'), AND Matt Lauria ('FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS') GUEST STAR

Sarah (Lauren Graham) puts her energy into helping Hank (Ray Romano) mend his relationship with his family, leaving Mark (Jason Ritter) increasingly impatient with his status in Sarah’s life. Julia (Erika Christensen) is concerned with Victor’s (Xolo Mariduena) frustration with school and seeks advice from Kristina (Monica Potter) on how to provide encouragement. Joel (Sam Jaeger) reluctantly hires Ryan (Matt Lauria) on his construction site despite Ryan’s lack of experience. Crosby (Dax Shepard) and Adam (Peter Krause) enter a legal battle to save the Luncheonette while attempting to record an album for Academy Award winning musician Glen Hansard.
