Scoop: MOTIVE on ABC - Wednesday, July 9, 2014"Pitfall" - Detectives Flynn and Vega are pulled away from Vega's fathers wedding to investigate a skydiving jump gone wrong. While working the case, Angie makes an effort to regain Vega's trust by sharing a sensitive file that contains information on her and Sergeant Cross, on "Motive," WEDNESDAY, JULY 9 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Motive" stars Kristin Lehman as Detective Angie Flynn, Louis Ferreira as Detective Oscar Vega, Brendan Penny as Detective Brian Lucas, Lauren Holly as Dr. Betty Rogers and Warren Christie as Sergeant Mark Cross.

Guest starring are Valerie Tian as Wendy Sung, Callum Keith Rennie as Stuart Fletcher, Adam Greydon Reid as Graeme Jenkins, Zahf Paroo as Randy, Sarah Strange as Jennifer, Carmen Lavigne as Ally, Sarah Smyth as Ingrid Jenkins, Jordan Becker as Lee, Sharon Taylor as Sandra Vaughn, Darren Mann as Max Vaughn, Christina Gooding as Maureen Serjic, Tommy Rieder as Finn Serjic and Vincent Cole as Eric.

"Pitfall" was written by Katherine Collins and directed by Fred Gerber.

"Motive" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with a 5.1 channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to the airdate.
