NBC has released promo shots featuring new judges Shakira and Usher for the upcoming season of THE VOICE. The all-star performers replace judges Christina Aguilera and Ceelo Green, who will take a break from the reality singing competition in order to focus on their current tours. Check out the photos below!

The show's innovative format features four stages of competition: the first begins with the blind audition, then the battle round, the brand new knockouts and finally, the live performance shows.

"The Voice" is a presentation of Mark Burnett's One Three Inc., Talpa Media USA Inc. and Warner Horizon Television. The series is created by John de Mol, who executive-produces along with Burnett, Audrey Morrissey, Stijn Bakkers and Lee Metzger.
