On THE BLACKLIST's upcoming episode, titled "General Ludd," WEEDS' Justin Kirk guest stars, and Liz (Megan Boone) uncovers an elaborate plot to destroy the country's financial system when a new name on The Blacklist is revealed by Red (James Spader).
