The cast of the hit drama series FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS got together for a reunion over the weekend.
Scott Porter, who played Jason Street in the award-winning show, hosted a "#SundayFunday" at his house and was joined by a host of his co-stars including Gaius Charles (Smash), Zach Gilford (Matt), Matt Lauria (Luke) and Kevin Rankin (Herc)
The actor posted a photo of the get-together on Instagram.
The series ran from October 2006 to February 2011 on NBC and followed a group of High School Football teams living in Texas. Rumors of a big-screen adaptation of the show have been rumored for years. Series star Connie Britton said earlier this year, "I would love it to happen. I'm a big supporter of it happening. I don't know if we will see it or not."
"I know it was Being written and [creator] Peter Berg is really serious about it so I think if everybody got on board, I don't see why we couldn't have a movie."
The 2004 film Friday Night Lights, for which the TV series was based on, starred Billy Bob Thornton.
