NBC's TONIGHT SHOW Generates Five-Week Highs; Wins Late-Night Week

"The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" has delivered decisive wins for the late-night ratings week of May 9-13, delivering five-week highs in adults 18-49 and total viewers to outsocre CBS's "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in every key measure - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers. Note that Kimmel was in rebroadcast on Friday.

For the week, Fallon beat CBS's Colbert by a +79% advantage in adult 18-49 rating (with a 0.84 vs. a 0.47), up from the prior week's +59% (0.81 vs. 0.51). for the May 9-13 week, Fallon outrated Kimmel in 18-49 by +75% (0.84 vs. 0.48).

Fallon's 0.84 rating in 18-49 and 3.311 million viewers overall are highs for "Tonight" since the week of April 4-8 (0.89 in 18-49, 3.455 million viewers overall).

At 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" and "Last Call with Carson Daly" generated six-week highs in total viewers, their biggest overall audiences since Meyers averaged 1.500 million and Daly delivered 887,000 for the week of March 28-April 1.

For the week, Meyers generated a +29% margin in 18-49 over CBS's "The Late Late Show with James Corden" (0.40 vs. 0.31) and a +44% advantage over ABC's "Nightline" (0.46 vs. 0.32 in their 12:30-1 a.m. head-to-head half-hour).

Season to date, Fallon and Meyers have outdelivered their ABC and CBS time-period competition for 34 of 34 weeks in both adults 18-49 and total viewers.
