NBC's DATELINE Encore Tied for No. 1 on Friday

An encore telecast of "Dateline NBC" is currently averaging a 1.2/4 in 18-49 and 5.7 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET.

Though results are subject to downward revision due to local NFL preemptions, the "Dateline" rebroadcast is currently tied as the #1 program of the night among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and the #1 show outright on those nets in adults 25-54, pending updates. In the two-hour 9-11 p.m. time period, the encore "Dateline" is also currently tied for #1 in 18-49 and #1 outright among the Big 4 nets in adults 25-54.

Though results are subject to downward revision due to local NFL preemptions, the "Dateline" encore is currently matching the show's top Friday rating in 18-49 since May 30, pending updates.

From its first half-hour to its fourth, the rebroadcast "Dateline" is currently growing by +27% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.4 from a 1.1), +36% in adults 25-54 (1.9 vs. 1.4) and +37% in total viewers (6.7 million vs. 4.9 million), pending updates.

For its second hour from 10-11 p.m., the "Dateline" encore is currently #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC, outrating ABC's "20/20" head to head in adults 18-49 (with a 1.3 rating vs. a 1.2 from 10-11) and adults 25-54 (1.8 vs. 1.6).

An encore telecast of "Running Wild with Bear Grylls" is currently averaging a 0.8/4 in 18-49 and 3.0 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET. Though results are subject to downward revision due to local NFL preemptions, "Running Wild" is currently up versus last week's 0.5 in 18-49 and 2.083 million viewers overall, pending updates.

For the night, NBC is currently tied for #1 among ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX in adults 25-54 (1.4 rating each for NBC and ABC) and within a tenth of a point of #1 among those nets in adults 18-49 (with a 1.0 rating vs. a 1.1 for ABC).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:

In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.9/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 1.8/5 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.9/5 with an encore.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3 with an encore.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.3/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.0/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1 with an encore).

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
