NBC's BLINDSPOT Grows By +3% in Total Viewers Following 4-Week Break

NBC's "Chicago P.D." (1.2/5 in 18-49, 6.3 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET): Beats "Designated Survivor" and "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders" to win the 10 p.m. hour in 18-49 and total viewers. It's the 10th straight "P.D." original to prevail in the 10 p.m. hour over its ABC and CBS competition in 18-49 (L+SD). Increases its rating half-hour to half-hour by +9% in adults 18-49 (from a 1.1 rating to a 1.2), +7% in adults 25-54 (1.5 to 1.6) and +11% in women 25-54 (1.9 to 2.1). Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD - "SVU" has grown by +74% so far this season in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (from a 1.47 to a 2.56) and +3.0 million viewers overall (6.2 million to 9.2 million).

"Blindspot" (0.9/4 in 18-49, 4.3 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) grows +0.1 of a point or +13% versus its prior original (0.9 vs. 0.8 on Feb. 22), despite a four-week break since its most recent telecast and the impact since then of Daylight Saving Time. In total viewers, is up +3% (4.269 million vs. 4.131 million). Scores its top 18-49 and total-viewer results since Feb. 8 (1.0 in 18-49, 4.6 million viewers overall). Will add significant viewership via time-shifting and VOD - "Blindspot" has increased by +74% so far this season in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (from a 1.11 to a 1.93) and +2.7 million viewers overall (5.2 million to 7.9 million). Upscale: "Blindspot" is delivering a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 120 among adults 18-49 in $100K+ homes.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.0/5; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.2/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.6/4.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.7/4; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/2.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.1/4 in metered-market households; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.0/4. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/3 in 18-49; "Late Late Show," 0.3/2.

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
