NBCSN presents two WORLD SERIES OF FIGHTING world championship bouts tonight, Dec. 13, live at 9 p.m. ET, highlighted by submission specialist Rousimar "Toquinho" Palhares (16-6, 13 by submission) defending his welterweight title belt against Jon Fitch (26-6-1, 1 No contest). Palhares won his WSOF title in March, overcoming Steve Carl in the first round. Fitch will be looking for his third straight WSOF win on Saturday.
The co-main event features Rick "The Gladiator" Glenn (15-2-1), undefeated in three career WSOF bouts, defending his featherweight title against submission powerhouse Lance "The Party" Palmer (8-1, four by submission). Saturday's card also features bouts between Sheymon Da Silva Moraes (6-0) and Gabriel "Solo" Solorio (12-7), each making his WSOF debut in the bantamweight division; Brenson Hansen (7-2) and Josh Berkovic (5-0) in the featherweight division; and Lewis "Lethal" Gonzalez (9-1) and Justin Buchholz (15-8) in the welterweight division. Play-by-play announcer Kenny Rice will be joined by mixed martial artists and analysts Bas Rutten and Joey Varner to call the action from the McClellan Conference Center in Sacramento, Calif.
