NBC Sports to Air Nearly 60 Hours of PRESIDENTS CUP Coverage This October

NBC Sports Group will dedicate nearly 60 hours of live news, analysis and tournament coverage surrounding the 2015 Presidents Cup, Oct. 5-11, including more than 25 hours of live tournament coverage on Golf Channel kicking off each night in primetime. The biennial international match play event - which will take place at Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea in Incheon, South Korea - will showcase the top players from the United States against the top international players outside of Europe.

BROADCAST TEAM: Live primetime tournament coverage of the 2015 Presidents Cup will be anchored by Dan Hicks and Terry Gannon, with Johnny Miller and Frank Nobilo handling lead analyst duties. Tower analysts will include Gary Koch, Peter Jacobsen and Tom Abbott, while Roger Maltbie, Notah Begay and Jerry Foltz will walk with the players as on-course reporters. Curt Byrum will serve as a tower analyst during the first two days of competition, and as a course reporter for the final two days, and Steve Sands will conduct interviews with players and captains.

GOLF CENTRAL'S LIVE FROM THE PRESIDENTS CUP: Golf Central's Live From the Presidents Cup will feature comprehensive news, highlights, and expert analysis; player/captain news conferences; exclusive "look-ins" that will show players preparing for their matches; the Opening Ceremony (Wednesday, Oct. 7, 5 a.m. ET) and Closing Ceremony (Sunday, Oct. 11, 3:30 a.m. ET) and compelling feature stories throughout the week, Oct. 5-11.

Anchoring the network's coverage will be Rich Lerner, Kelly Tilghman, Brandel Chamblee, David Duval, Paul McGinley, Ryan Burr, Jim Gallagher Jr., Arron Oberholser and Tim Rosaforte. Reporting for Golf Channel on-site at Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea will be Todd Lewis, Steve Burkowski and Rex Hoggard.

Player/Captain News Conferences Airing on Tuesday, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. ET: Golf Central's Live From the Presidents Cup will feature player and captain news conferences on Tuesday, Oct. 6 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. ET, as they make their final preparations for Day 1 of competition.
Captains to Set Day 1 Foursome Matches Lineup Live on Tuesday, 7-11 p.m. ET: Captains Jay Haas (United States) and Nick Price (International) will announce their respective lineups for Day 1 foursome matches live within Golf Central's Live From the Presidents Cup on Tuesday, Oct. 6 from 7-11 p.m. ET.
MORNING DRIVE: Morning Drive will air from 7-9 a.m. ET on Monday-Wednesday, Oct. 5-7 and dissect the emerging storylines leading into the start of competition play Wednesday night in primetime. 2011 Presidents Cup assistant captain John Cook will be in-studio to help provide perspective on what the players and captains are going through in their preparations for the event, while two-time Presidents Cup competitor (2003, '05) Chris DiMarco will be in-studio on Wednesday to offer his perspective from having played in the event. Todd Lewis and Rex Hoggard will provide daily reports from on-site in Korea keeping viewers up-to-date on breaking news and developing storylines. Golf Channel travel insider Matt Ginella also will be featured in a two-part "Ginella's Journey" to South Korea, giving viewers a unique perspective on the Presidents Cup host venue - Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea - and the surrounding area and culture.

INTERACTIVE / SOCIAL: Golf Channel's social media platforms are celebrating the return of the biennial international event by counting down to the first day of Presidents Cup competition through a series of daily posts featuring Presidents Cup content and custom graphics. Match tee times and player stat cards will be prominent throughout the competition to help fans follow how each match unfolds. INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMING: Golf Channel will produce live international Presidents Cup programming from its Orlando World Headquarters in both Japanese and Mandarin. The shows will feature live reports and custom content from Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea throughout the week. These productions will complement the international distribution of Golf Central's Live From the Presidents Cup which is distributed to markets within Golf Channel's worldwide footprint.
