NBC Sports 8:15-11 p.m. ET coverage of Stanley Cup Finals hockey, featuring the Pittsburgh Penguins at the San Jose Sharks, scored a 3.1 rating in household results from the 56 markets metered by Nielsen Media Research.
The Penguins' Game 4 win on
NBC produced a 34.3 household rating in Pittsburgh, making it the highest-rated Pens game on the networks of NBCUniveral in that market since Game 7 of the 2009 Stanley Cup Final.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.1/5; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.8/4; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.6/4 with an encore.
In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.7/3; "Late Show," 0.3/1; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/2 with an encore.
From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.0/3 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.3/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1).
At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
For the Week: Season premieres of "America's Got Talent" and "American Ninja Warrior" have finished #1 and #2 in adults 18-49 among primetime entertainment telecasts on the Big 4 networks for the week of May 23-29, according to "live plus same day" figures from Nielsen Media Research.
Excluding sports, Tuesday's "Talent" debut ranked #1 among prime programs on ABC, CBS,
NBC and
FOX in 18-49 for the week, while the Wednesday "Ninja" premiere ranked #2, Tuesday's "Maya & Marty" debut finished #5 and Wednesday's "Night Shift" premiere and Friday's "Dateline NBC" tied for #10.
"Talent" also finished #1 for the week among Big 4 non-sports telecasts in adults 18-34, adults 25-54 and most other key demographics, plus teens 12-17 and kids 2-11.
NBC ranked #1 or tied for #1 among ABC, CBS,
NBC and
FOX on five of the five nights last week that did not include
NBA FINALS coverage on ABC.
