At 8 p.m. ET, "The Million Second Quiz" (0.7/3 in adults 18-49, 3.0 million viewers overall) equaled NBC's highest 18-49 rating in the time period, excluding sports, in 19 months (since a "Voice" encore earned a 1.0 in The Hour on February 11, 2012).

In total viewers, The Million Second Quiz" delivered NBC's biggest overall audience in the Saturday 8-9 p.m. ET hour, excluding sports, in nine months, since December 1, 2012 ("It's a Wonderful Life").

From its first half-hour to its second, "The Million Second Quiz" grew in every key ratings category, with gains of 17% in 18-49 rating (to a 0.7 from a 0.6), 50% in adults 18-34 (0.6 vs. 0.4) and 200% in men 18-34 (0.6 vs. 0.2).

From 9-11 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "American Ninja Warrior" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 2.7 million viewers overall) captured the show's highest 18-49 and total-viewer results among nine Saturday encores this summer.

There are NBC's top non-sports results in the time period since May 19.

In Late-Night Metered-Market Household Averages for Saturday night:

An encore telecast of "Saturday Night Live," with host and musical guest Justin Timberlake (3.1/8 in metered-market households, 1.4/7 in 18-49 in the 25 markets with Local People Meters) generated "SNL's" top household and 18-49 results in the local markets in 14 weeks (since June 8, with a rebroadcast hosted by Vince Vaughn with musical guest Miguel, the night of an NHL overrun).

"SNL" posted the top rating of the night among CBS, NBC and FOX in the Local People Meters, out-rating all Primetime programming on those networks.
