NBC's Lester Holt will travel to the key battleground states of Florida, Virginia and Ohio beginning Sunday, October 21. For three consecutive Sundays, Holt will be stationed in each of the battlegrounds to co-anchor the Sunday edition of "Today" and anchor the Sunday edition of "NBC Nightly News."

On October 21, Holt will broadcast from The University of Tampa. On "Today," he will speak with undecided Florida voters about their most pressing issues including Medicare, health care and the housing crisis. That morning, former Florida Governor Charlie Crist will join Holt live from West Palm Beach to discuss why he is supporting President Obama this election and why Florida is playing such an important role in the race.

Later that evening on "NBC Nightly News," NBC's Ron Allen will join Holt to examine how Florida's history and current polling could once again decide this year's election. In addition, NBC News' David Gregory, Chuck Todd and Andrea Mitchell will join the broadcast to further discuss Florida as a battleground and to share their insight on the election.

On Sunday, October 28, Holt will be stationed in Virginia where he will co-anchor "Today" and anchor "NBC Nightly News." The following Sunday, November 4, Holt will be in Ohio to broadcast for both programs.
