Kevin Costner has officially inked a deal to star in an upcoming and untitled action thriller to be directed by McG.

The film, previously entitled THREE DAYS TO KILL, follows a dying Secret Service agent (Coster) who vows to retire in order to once again connect with his family.

The Secret Service offers him access to an experimental drug that might just save his life - if he completes one final mission. The man must then balance his duty to his country, his estranged family, and the side effects of the drug.

Luc Besson (TAKEN) and Adi Hasak (FROM PARIS WITH LOVE) co-wrote the film. Relativity Media and EuropaCorp will distribute. No release date has been set at this time.
