Kerry Washington Shines In Emmy Photo Shoot

Kerry Washington Shines In Emmy Photo ShootStage and screen superstar Kerry Washington shines in a new photo shoot and cover for EMMY Magazine, out now.

The acclaimed Scandal star is poised to take home a trophy at this year's Emmy Awards according to many prognosticators and this stunning series of photos certainly have her looking every bit the big winner - but, of course, first she will have to be nominated (noms are announced in a few weeks, in mid-July)!

Decked out in glamorous ball gowns, posing with couture accouterment and emanating her own special kind of energy all the while, Washington wows in each and every Capture lensed by photographer Sarah McColgan in the exclusive shoot for the fifth issue of the new promotional mag.

Washington has found the biggest successes of her career thus far in the last twelve months, between the worldwide SMASH hit DJANGO UNCHAINED and her prominent featured role within it thanks to director Quentin Tarantino as well as the ratings extravaganza of Scandal on ABC, co-starring Tony Goldwyn.

It looks like it very well could be Kerry's year - and here is yet another magazine cover to prove it!

So, will you be rooting for Olivia - aka Kerry - at this year's Emmy Awards - and, prior to that, the nomination ceremony next month?
