Several months ago, reality star BETHENNY Frankel received a strong backlash for posting a photo of herself wearing her 4-year-old daughter's juvenile pajamas on Instagram. "This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?" the former 'Real Housewives' star captioned the image. (at left)

PEOPLE reports that yesterday, a Manhattan judge reprimanded Frankel for posting the photo, warning that it could have repercussions for her daughter for years to come.

During the former talk show host's divorce proceedings, Manhattan Supreme Court justice Ellen Gesmer told her lawyer, "No more pajamas!" When the attorney offered that the photo was done "as a joke," the judge responded, "It's not a joke. Her child is not a joke."

Frankel was not present in the courtroom at the time of the exchange and would not comment later to reporters. The 43-year-old and her ex, Jason Hoppy, are currently trying to iron out final proceedings on their divorce.
