Josh-Groban-to-Guest-on-ITS-ALWAYS-SUNNY-IN-PHILADELPHIA-20130613

The Hollywood Reporter reports exclusively that Josh Groban will guest star on the next season of FXX's IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA. The singer will play himself in an episode to be titled, "The Gang Saves the Day."

Details on the episode are not being disclosed, however chances are good that it will feature the show's fictional Groban groupies Dee, played by Kaitlin Olson, and Artemis, played by Artemis Pebdani.

Groban recently appeared on NBC's The Office, and on CBS' CSI: NY, in which he once again played himself and even performed a song.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia returns in September, where it moves from FX to sister network FXX. In preparation, the show has been unrolling a series of artsy teasers, which can be viewed below.

FX's original comedy series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia will return for its 8th season this fall on new network FXX. The show stars Rob McElhenney,Glenn Howerton, Charlie Day, Kaitlin Olson, and Danny DeVito).

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia was created by McElhenney and is executive produced by McElhenney, Day, Howerton, Michael Rotenberg, Nick Frenkel, Tom Lofaro, Rob Rosell, Scott Marder and David Hornsby. The show is produced by FX Productions.
