On today's "LIVE with Kelly and Michael," hosts Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan announced Jen Heney of Columbus, Ohio as the grand prize winner of "#liveAOK," a partnership with EXTRA Gum® designed to reward and celebrate those who embody the spirit of giving. The hosts of the popular morning show surprised the 28-year-old with the news this morning via a phone call, live on the air.

Since it was announced on "LIVE" last month, "#liveAOK" has turned the spotlight on people whose thoughtfulness has brightened others' lives. Heney was nominated for a very simple but selfless act: every couple of weeks, she sends batches of homemade cookies to her boyfriend and his platoon, who currently are deployed in Afghanistan. For this generous gesture - sending a bit of home to a group of military members stationed across the globe - Heney was selected as the "#liveAOK" grand prize winner. She'll be rewarded with $10,000 and a year's supply of EXTRA Gum, plus a $10,000 donation that will be made to her favorite charity: the Wounded Warrior Project.

Five weekly winners also were recognized on the show for their simple Acts Of Kindness and were awarded $500 cash and a year's supply of EXTRA Gum:

Donna Paraggio, of Ormond Beach, Florida, who paid the grocery store balance for a young mother she didn't know, after she came up short at the register.

Wendy Hernandez, of Myakka City, Florida, who buys extra umbrellas at the $1 store and gifts them to strangers stuck in the rain.

Matthew Beaudin of Florence, KY, who anonymously bought a Christmas tree for a family that couldn't afford to buy one.

Elly Craig from Waukee, Iowa, a "LIVE" Travel Trivia caller who redeemed her $500 gift card consolation prize for a prime rib, and promptly donated it to a local shelter for their Christmas dinner.

Aurelia Pacey from Manhattan, KS, who, at the age of 86, has handmade 1000 dresses for girls in third world countries.
