Jane Krakowski Signs On to Tina Fey's Comedy Series for NBC

30 Rock fans rechoice! Deadline reports that Jane Krakowski has signed on to the cast of NBC's upcoming comedy series UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT from 30 Rock's Tina Fey.

According to the report, Krakowski will be a recurring guest on the series which stars Ellie Kemper in the title role who "after 15 years of living in a cult, decides it's time to reclaim her life and heads to New York."

Krakowski will portray "a rich Upper West Side mom who hires Kimmy as a nanny." The actress takes over the role from Megan Dodds, who was originally cast in the role.

Film, Television and Stage actor Jane Krakowski is perhaps best known for her role as Jenna Maroney on NBC's hit comedy 30 Rock, for which she has earned three Emmy nominations. She was awarded the 2003 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her role as Carla in the Broadway revival of the hit musical, Nine, for which she also won a Drama Desk Award and an Outer Critic's Award.
