David Feherty, described as "a cross between Oprah Winfrey and Johnny Carson" by The New York Times as host of Golf Channel's hit, original series, Feherty, returns for his third season tonight, Feb. 25 at 10 p.m. ET with a slate of interviews both heartfelt and irreverent - a trademark of one of television's most irrepressible personalities.

Feherty, who has received critical acclaim over the first two seasons of the series - both for his interviewing Style and offbeat brand of humor - has been dubbed "one of the funniest men in the game" by Yahoo! Sports. Shot in settings both intimate and personal to the guests, Feherty displays an uncanny interview Style that engages his subjects and brings out answers both honest and revealing. He also takes time out in every show to participate in his guests' favorite activities or, in his own inimitable style, capture the flavor of the city or town where each show is produced.

"We are so proud of Feherty, which is a departure from a typical interview show because David is a departure from the typical interviewer. His ability to elicit refreshing and revealing conversations from a wide spectrum of guests across sports, politics and entertainment is the Hallmark of this series," said Golf Channel President Mike McCarley. "Since he has experienced the ups and downs of life and is so comfortable discussing his own personal struggles, his disarming Nature results in the likes of President Clinton, Tom Watson, Charles Barkley and Donald Trump opening up about their own struggles. And he transitions from heartfelt to irreverent by allowing somebody like John Daly to drive a golf ball off a tee held in his mouth."

Kicking off season three, Feherty will sit down with golfing icon Billy Casper - a 51-time winner on the PGA TOUR and three-time major winner - at his Utah home. Probably the least known great player in the modern era of golf, Casper was second only to the great Arnold Palmer in PGA TOUR history to win $1 million as a player. A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Casper takes Feherty to a rehearsal of the world-famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Feherty revels in the musical spirit of the moment. Casper, a World Golf Hall of Fame member, was a self-taught player who only took four lessons in his life, which also has been highlighted by a 60-year marriage and 11 children.

Legendary college basketball coach Bobby Knight also joins Feherty for a candid discussion during season three of Feherty. Shot at a private ranch outside Dallas, Texas, Knight talks about his decorated career and controversial coaching style, as well the importance he placed on education and the legacy he feels he left behind. Knight also gives Feherty a humorous lesson in the art of throwing a folding chair.

The list of other guests scheduled to appear during season three of Feherty include golfers Jack Nicklaus, Paul Azinger, Phil Mickelson, Nick Faldo and Colin Montgomerie, as well as PGA TOUR Commissioner Tim Finchem and CBS Sports Commentator Jim Nantz, among others.

Feherty originally debuted in June 2011 as the most-watched original series in Golf Channel history. David Feherty has gone one-on-one with celebrities across golf, sports and entertainment, including former President Bill Clinton, Basketball Hall-of-Famers Bill Russell and Charles Barkley, actors Don Cheadle and Samuel L. Jackson, and golfers Tom Watson and Greg Norman.
