'GMA' Scores Largest Margin of Victory Over 'Today' in 5 Weeks

ABC News' "Good Morning America" ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (4.633 million) for the week of May 30, 2016, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. "GMA" beat NBC's "Today" (4.381 million) by 252,000, increasing its week-to-week lead for the 3rd week in a row (+42%; vs. 178,000 on w/o 5/23/16) to deliver its largest margin of victory in 5 weeks - since w/o 4/25/16.

Season to date, "GMA" stands as the No. 1 morning newscast in Total Viewers, beating "Today" by 228,000 (4.932 million vs. 4.704 million), taking the top spot at this point of the season for the 4th consecutive year.

During the week, "GMA" led "CBS This Morning" in Total Viewers (+25%/+919,000), Adults 25-54 (+36%/+385,000) and Adults 18-49 (+39%/+299,000).

*Note: Due to the Memorial Day holiday on Monday (5/30/16), all three programs were coded specials, and each telecast is excluded from the averages.
