Dealine reports that the FOX network is currently developing the comedy pilot George Clooney MANIFESTO. The project, written by Annie Hendy, will be directed and executive produced by Mean Girls helmer Mark Waters (left).

The pilot will tell the story of "a single woman who, sick of the “shoulds” and “should nots” of society’s double standards about dating, decides from this point on she is going to act like George Clooney and live life to the fullest."

Waters will also executive produce with producing partner Jessica Tuchinsky through their Watermark Production Company. Waters directed the recently cancelled CBS pilot Made In Jersey and is currently directing the Lifetime pilot The Witches Of East End.

Clooney himself is not involved with the project.
