Drama hits the Caribbean like gale-force winds when Bravo Media premieres season four of BELOW DECK on Tuesday, September 6 at 9pm ET/PT. Climb aboard the "Valor," a 154' mega yacht and sail into the sunset with a few familiar faces from seasons past. The series follows eight crew members onboard a luxury yacht as they cater to the champagne and caviar lifestyles of charter guests in the British Virgin Islands. Reunite with returning crew members Captain Lee Rosbach, Ben Robinson (chef), Kate Chastain (chief stew) and Kelley Johnson (bosun) for hijinks on the high seas. Joining the crew this season are Trevor Walker (senior deckhand), Nico Scholly (deckhand), Lauren Burchell (deckhand), Emily Warburton-Adams (second stew) and Sierra Storm (third stew).

In season four of "Below Deck," Captain Lee is keeping a close eye on recently promoted Kelley who is eager for redemption this season, balancing his newly gained power as bosun while managing the morale and hard work of the exterior crew. Chef Ben, fresh from the Mediterranean, is eager to jump back into his personal and professional relationship with Kate, who is coming on charter in a new and surprising relationship. Eager and young to yachting, Sierra receives extra attention onboard, which puts her under close monitoring by Kate. When a surprising personal relationship surfaces among the crew, Kate can't help but question her friendship with Emily altogether. Meanwhile, Nico and Kelley approach the charter looking for a "boatmance" with the same stew. Trevor focuses less on love and more on fitting in with his new colleagues which doesn't go as planned. When Captain Lee hands out a plane ticket, the crew finds out that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. This charter season has smooth sailing and rough waters for the crew as they navigate love triangles, difficult clientele above deck and clashing personalities below deck.. Meet the Crew:

Captain Lee Rosbach

Captain

Born and raised in Saginaw, Michigan, Harold Lee Rosbach is the second of seven children. While Captain Lee has been in the industry for over 20 years, he started yachting a little later in life than your average "yachtie." While living in Turks and Caicos managing a restaurant, Lee was attracted to the industry after serving as a mate on a sailboat delivery to earn some extra money. At the age of 35, Lee took the time to get his Captain's license and left the restaurant management business to pursue his newfound passion for the seas. Having worked both private and charter, Captain Lee prefers charter as he feels a priceless joy seeing his guest's expressions as they view the beautiful scenery. He loves his job and everyday looks forward to new people and new adventures. Captain Lee is always ready to answer the call of the Caribbean or the Med. Some of the yachts that have been under his command are 163' Cuor di Leone, 162'Mustang Sally, 155' Ohana, 140' Just Enough, 135' Atlantica, 135' Feadship Sea Ghost. 120' Sovereign, Pauly D, Insatiable, Morganstar and Mostro.

Ben Robinson

Chef

Chef Ben Robinson is accomplished on both land and sea. He worked under Italian master chefs in Florence and gained an apprenticeship at three-Michelin Star restaurant The Fat Duck, based in the United Kingdom. Ben has been the head chef on yachts for over ten years, including the largest sailing yacht in the world. He was born in Oxford, England and continued to attend boarding school there when his parents moved to the U.S. Currently residing in Ft. Lauderdale, Ben has recently become a Health Coach, specializing in weight loss, cancer and addiction. He also has a booming catering business for which he travels all over the world. Ben believes food is medicine and art, continuing to develop cutting edge cuisine with a nutritional awareness.

Kate Chastain

Chief Stew

During her eight-year career as a stewardess, Kate Chastain is known for planning and executing lavish vacations aboard glamorous mega yachts with effortless and sometimes creative, aplomb. Because saying "no" is never an option in the yachting industry, running the equivalent of a five-star hotel in the middle of the ocean often requires a little craftiness. She quickly has learned over the years to use whatever is available to impress her guests as she has entertained royalty, celebrities and business tycoons around the world. Kate's yachting career has taken her throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Central America and New England but her favorite experience was a 21 day trip crossing the Atlantic Ocean.

Emily Warburton-Adams

Second Stew

London native Emily Warburton-Adams, 21, is a high energy stewardess who has been in the yachting industry for two years. Her competitive nature and diligent work attitude makes her a fast learner on deck as she has already been on countless charters. Before BECOMING a stew, Emily was planning on attending Cambridge University to study Psychology, but ultimately she decided to pursue obtaining more work life experience. She was working as an events manager and massage therapist in London when a colleague and ex-yachtie made her aware of the wonderful world at sea. Emily had her first stew job two months later. Often the first on the dance floor, she makes sure that her charter guests are always having a great time under her watch. When Emily is not on charter, she can be found socializing with her friends, working on her personal fitness or working on creative projects.

Sierra Storm

Third Stew

Sierra Storm is a free-spirited Miami native. The 26-year old began her yachting career three years ago as she was drawn to the ultra-luxury lifestyle of the clientele. Her open-minded and impulsive nature lead her to her first job as a stew quickly, she became certified one day and was at sea a few days later. Sierra loves the travel associated with yachting and has traveled to the best of the Caribbean islands, including Abaco, St. Martin and St. Barth's, since BECOMING a stew. Sierra is also passionate about yoga and nutrition in her own life and hopes to bring these passions to the boat once she obtains her certifications.

Kelley Johnson

Bosun

Kelley Johnson, 29, was born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas, with his older sister and former cast member, Amy. His love for the water became apparent even as a toddler, when his mom discovered fishing television shows were the quickest way to calm him down. Kelley lived to fish, and his love for being out on the water continually grew especially while spending his summers on the coast of Georgia, visiting his grandparents. Kelley's brave and courageous spirit led him to join the Marine Corps as the tension in the Middle East was at its height. His commitment to excellence and strong leadership abilities enabled him to excel over the next four years while on active duty. He was part of the operation that helped rescue Captain Phillips and was selected with a small group to monitor and escort the Somali Pirate and turn him over to officials in Djibouti. After leaving the Marines, Kelley moved to Florida to be near his sister and close to the ocean. A romantic at heart, he left his first job on a yacht to pursue a land-based relationship and went to work in the corporate world. After the relationship failed, feeling unsatisfied with his job, Kelley gladly left his desk job to rejoin the yachting industry. Getting to live and work on the water while being able to fish in his free time is the ideal life for this Texas native.

Trevor Walker

Senior Deckhand

Trevor Walker has been in the yachting industry for four years, but he hasn't always been a deckhand. Trevor has been bouncing around the globe and different careers his whole life. Having stints as a professional sport fisher and an up-and-coming amateur surfer, he travelled and competed in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Florida and many other breaks along the East Coast. Since BECOMING a deckhand, Trevor has worked on five charter yachts across the world. His hard work and tough attitude has allowed him to quickly move up the ranks to senior deckhand. Even though Trevor works hard while on charter, he is definitely the life of the party in the off hours. He lives his life by the motto "work hard, play hard, play harder, work harder," and currently resides in West Palm Beach.

Nico Scholly

Deckhand

A Chicago native, Nico Scholly left his job in real estate after hearing from a friend about the exotic yachting lifestyle. Since his move from Chicago to Ft. Lauderdale, Nico has worked on many privately-owned yachts, ranging from 120-223 feet. Nico got his sea legs working for two years on a privately-owned billionaire's yacht. Since then, his clients have included many well-known celebrities ranging from actors to musicians, even shooting a music video on board. When he is not on charter, Nico enjoys wakeboarding and boating around Ft. Lauderdale.

Lauren Burchell

Deckhand

Lauren Burchell may sound like an Australian by her accent but comes from a diverse background. Born in England to English and Brazilian parents, she was raised in Japan and moved to Australia to finish high school. Lauren's passion for the sea began when she was teaching scuba diving in Central America - here she learned about the yachting lifestyle from a student. Within a few months, her hard work led her to a job on Richard Branson's "Necker Belle" where she worked as a Deck/Stew/Watersports Instructor for over six months. Lauren has worked on seven yachts with clientele ranging from multi-billionaire computer software designers to A-List celebrities. Lauren resides in Cairns, Australia and continues to do charters around the world.

The series is produced by 51 Minds with Mark Cronin and Courtland Cox serving as executive producers and Lauren Simms as co-executive producer.
