There's been another shakeup on THE VIEW's host panel.

Sources have confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that former Survivor Elisabeth Hasselbeck will be following in the footsteps of Joy Behar, and departing the long-running ABC daytime talk show come August. The news that Behar, one of the original hosts of the show, would exit, broke yesterday.

Though inside sources affirmed the rumors to the publication, ABC News refused to. The network released The Following statement:

"Elisabeth Hasselbeck is a valued member of The View and has a long term contract."

Hasselbeck has continuously been a source of controvesy on the panel, never particularly gelling with her co-hosts, guests, and audience members. After nearly 10 years, execs are done with it. An insider told US Weekly today that "the viewers they polled all said she was too extreme and right wing. People did not watch the show because of Elisabeth. So they told her yesterday her contract would not be renewed."

Hasselbeck, who joined The Talk show in 2003, has frequently engaged in arguments with her co-hosts and guests, including Barbara Walters over former presidential candidate Mitt Romney just last fall.

After Behar and Hasselbeck's departure, Barbara Walters, Sherri Shepherd, and Whoopi Goldberg will be the only remaining members on the panel. No replacements for the two women have been announced at this time.
