After an exciting weekend in college lacrosse during first-round play, ESPN's exclusive coverage of the NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse Championship continues with the quarterfinals on Saturday, May 21 (ESPNU), and Sunday, May 22 (ESPN2/ESPNU).
With a win over Quinnipiac in the first round, No. 1 SEED Maryland advanced to face No. 8 SEED Syracuse on Saturday, May 21, at noon ET. Following that matchup, No. 5 SEED Brown will take on Navy. Both games will be played at Brown Stadium in Providence, R.I. Sunday's lineup from Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, features No. 3 SEED Notre Dame facing North Carolina, which defeated BIG EAST Champion Marquette in the first round. A showdown between two Maryland schools -No. 7 SEED Loyola and Towson- will follow at 2:30 p.m. The winning teams will advance to the semifinals and national title game, which will air on ESPN2 over Memorial Day weekend.
