The undeniably entertaining Chelsea Handler and her uncontrollable staff of Misfits are back with another over-the-top season of E!'s hit office comedy, AFTER LATELY. As part of the network's popular weekly comedy offerings, this all-new season continues to mocku-ment the lives and antics of the "Chelsea Lately" staff.

This time around, guest appearances from the likes of Reese Witherspoon, Kate Beckinsale, Charlize Theron, Kathie Lee Gifford, Monica Potter, Kevin Nealon, Melissa Etheridge, Giancarlo Stanton and many more add to the chaos as these stars soon find themselves entangled in the staff's web of absurdities. "After Lately" premieres February 25th at 10:30pm ET/PT, following the television debut of "Burning Love" at 10pm ET/PT, as part of E!'s Mock Block Monday. Before the premiere, catch up on past seasons of "After Lately" on iTunes where season 2 is available for free in both HD and SD, and season 1 is available at a "deeply discounted" rate. Both seasons can be downloaded at www.iTunes.com/AfterLately

"After Lately" is a no holds barred comedy with a semi-fictitious look into the backstage lives of Chelsea Handler and her staff of "ridiculous morons," as she likes to refer to them. Once again, the series is inspired by the real life mishaps that occur in and around the making-of her hit late-night talk show, further showcasing the complete dysfunction required to produce television's most unconventional series. With Chelsea at the helm, her quirky family of employees is comprised of her pint-sized little nugget and personal assistant, Chuy Bravo; the self-obsessed, Heather McDonald; the always off-color ginger, Brad Wollack; the voluptuous cynic, Sarah Colonna; the man-cougar, Chris Franjola; the malcontent buzz kill, Jen Kirkman; the southern lesbian, Fortune Feimster; and the often emasculated pee-on, Jeff "Jiffy" Wild.

In the season premiere, Chelsea is caught off guard by an uncomfortable conversation with Reese Witherspoon. Meanwhile, Chelsea's staff attempts to correct course after discovering some unfavorable network research about each of them including Heather aging out of the show's target demographic, Chris's inappropriate attraction to much younger women, Sarah's loose morals and flagrant flaunting of her breasts and Brad's elitist remarks towards the urban community. Meanwhile, Chelsea sends the writers into a frenzy after insisting they attend a very expensive fundraiser she is hosting. At the event, Brad has a confrontation with "Parenthood" actress Monica Potter.

Later in the season Chelsea attempts to mend fences by ending two huge celebrity feuds that have gotten way out of hand in recent months. Will Chelsea make peace with "The Today Show's" Kathie Lee Gifford for a public misunderstanding and will her biggest fight with some of television's most famous stars come to an end? As Chelsea delves into every aspect of her staff's life, she encourages Sarah to create a fake assistant in an attempt to take her flirting with major league baseball star Giancarlo Stanton to the next level. Sarah's love life isn't the only one put under a microscope as Jiffy is forced to face the fact that the overly gay maintenance guy has a major crush and is caught staring at pictures of Jiffy in a bikini. Other highlights popping up this season are Heather gets sexually aroused by a dog, Fortune hunts down a celebrity who did a hit-and-run on her car, Jen goes on a witch-hunt over a coworker she believes is lying about being handicapped for parking perks and Chelsea becomes jealous when her staff gets excited over a celebrity guest host. Plus more of Chelsea's celebrity friends including Melissa Etheridge, Kate Beckinsale, Kevin Nealon and Charlize Theron stop by to add some extra Hollywood star power to the fun new season.

Don't miss every semi-real moment when E!'s "After Lately" premieres tonight, February 25th at 10:30pm ET/PT.
