Beginning today, an all-new "SOFIA THE FIRST: Minding the Manor" appisode is available on the popular Disney Junior Appisodes app for in-app purchase. In the interactive version of "Minding the Manor," kids play along as Sofia travels to her Aunt Tilly's home to help her get ready for an afternoon garden party. Once Sofia arrives, she unwittingly brings a group of gargoyles to life threatening to take over the great house and sabotage Aunt Tilly's party.

Key features enabling kids to fully engage in the episode as they help Sofia turn the gargoyles back to stone include:
• Discover all the magical music box surprises
• Gather balloons to open the secret passageway
• Keep the invading gargoyles out of the manor
• Help Spruce the hobgoblin swat the slime away
• Help Sofia save the magical music box and the manor

"Sofia the First" airs daily on Disney Channel and Disney Junior.

Additionally, select Appisodes are now available in Google Play, the Amazon App Store and Amazon's Kindle FreeTime Unlimited Service. Developed by Disney|ABC Television Group's Digital Media team, each Disney Junior Appisode offers true interactive viewing, allowing fans 2-7 to touch, tap, swipe, tilt, shake and talk their way through various fun-filled activities embedded into full episodes of some of their favorite Disney Junior shows including, "Quest for the Crystal Mickey" from "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse," "Enchanted Science Fair" from "Sofia the First" and "Treasure of the Pirate Mummy's Tomb & The Never Sands of Time" from "Jake and the Never Land Pirates."

The Disney Junior Appisodes app launched in 2012 with the "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Road Rally Appisode," introducing an innovative new way for kids to enjoy their favorite shows. Well received by both fans and the industry, the app topped iTunes charts for weeks - making it No. 1 on the Overall Free list - and won the 2012 Mobile Excellence Award for Best Content Extension Made for Mobile, as well as the iKids award for Best Web/App Series. Most recently, the Disney Junior Appisodes app for iOS was the highest-grossing Kids iPad app in 2014 and finished within the Top 5 in 2015.
