On Monday, September 24, Diane Sawyer will take you behind the closed doors of the Kennedy White House, listening in on Oval Office meetings recorded on a secret taping system – installed by John F. Kennedy himself. It is a rare chance to hear living history – a President alternately tough, amused and serious, grappling with monumental issues, from the fight for civil rights to the Cuban missile crisis. Sawyer will speak exclusively with Caroline Kennedy to discuss the recordings.

These exclusive reports will air MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 on "ABC World News with Diane Sawyer" (6:30 p.m., ET) and "Nightline" (11:35 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. In addition, Caroline Kennedy will sit down with George Stephanopoulos for an exclusive live television interview TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 on "Good Morning America" (7:00-9:00 a.m., ET).

On September 25, Hyperion, in association with the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation, will release "Listening In: The Secret White House Recordings of John F. Kennedy" – a combination of a book and two CDs totaling 2.5 hours of original audio from the secret recordings.
