Tony nominee Da'Vine Joy Randolph announced on her official Facebook page today that she will be starring in the upcoming feature film ANGRIEST MAN IN BROOKLYN, starring Robin Williams. Posted the actress: "Ok it's official!! I'm soo excited to announce that tomrw I will be beginning to shoot my first feature film, Angriest Man in Bklyn, starring Robin Williams, Mila Kunis, and James Earl Jones!!!! Be sure to follow me on twitter I'll try to keep u all up to date throughout the process!!! Xo"

According to Deadline.com, the film tells the story of "a stand-in doctor who mistakenly tells an obnoxious patient he has 90 minutes to live. The medic tries desperately to locate the man after her comments send him on a contrite tour of the city to right all the wrongs in his life."

Randolph received a Tony nomination for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her role as Oda Mae Brown in Ghost the Musical. The production marked her Broadway debut. The Philadelphia native received her bachelor's from Temple University in classical vocal performance and transitioned into acting by attending Yale School of Drama for her Masters. Other regional credits include Servant of Two Masters at Yale Repertory Theater and HAIR at Prince Music Theater.
