One hour episodes of Income Property, the popular renovate-to-rent series starring Scott McGillivray, will premiere on DIY Network on Thursday nights at 10 p.m. ET/PT until September 24. During the series, Scott, who is a contractor, real estate expert and one of People magazine's "Sexiest Man of the Week," coaches homeowners on how make their property profitable by creating a custom rental space in their home. Beginning August 6, fans can get behind-the-scenes scoop from the set of INCOME PROPERTY and learn more about Scott at www.diynetwork.com/income-property.

DIY Network also will premiere two new series next month that showcase historic home restoration and "junk picking" at its finest. In American Rehab: Charleston, premiering Wednesday, August 19, at 11 p.m. ET/PT, contractor Trent Fasnacht carefully restores a condemned 1906 Victorian home in Charleston, South Carolina. Attic Gold, which premieres on Sunday, August 30, at 9 p.m. ET/PT, features New England-based husband and wife team Eric and Michelle Meyers as they clean up cluttered attics for free and search for appraisal items. The catch: they get to keep and sell whatever they find.
