DANCING WITH THE STARS' Tom Bergeron took to Twitter last night to share the news that his co-host, Erin Andrews, will not be joining him on tonight's live show due to a tragedy in her family.

The Emmy winner posted: "My pal @ErinAndrews will be absent from @DancingABC this week to support @jarretstoll whose nephew passed away. Sending hugs and condolences."

He went on to share that while he will host the show by himself tonight, a yet-to-be named celebrity will be joining him for Tuesday's live results show.

About the show: This season's "Dancing with the Stars" begins with an all-new exciting cast of celebrities who will brave the dance floor for the very first time. Each week these celebrities will leave their comfort zones and endure hours of grueling rehearsals to master technical choreography and entertaining performances. In the end, only one star will rise above the rest to be crowned champion and win the coveted Mirrorball trophy.

Hosted by Emmy Award-winning host Tom Bergeron ("America's Funniest Home Videos") and Erin Andrews (sports host and "Dancing with the Stars" Season 10 finalist), "Dancing with the Stars" is the hit series in which celebrities perform choreographed dance routines which are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts. The all-new season of "Dancing with the Stars" premiered MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EDT).
