Currently starring on the covers of both NYLON and Seventeen, Charli XCX was among the elite superstars earning nominations for the upcoming 57th Annual GRAMMY Awards, scoring nods in two top categories, "Record of the Year" and "Best Pop Duo/Group Performance" both for Iggy Azalea's worldwide #1 chartbuster, "Fancy (Feat. Charli XCX)." The GRAMMY nominations further a growing list of honors that also includes her being named SESAC's 2014 "Songwriter of the Year" as well the first winner of Billboard's "Hitmaker Award," to be presented later this week in New York City as part of the ninth annual Billboard Women In Music Awards.

"Boom Clap" has already proven a phenomenon, scoring RIAA platinum certification for sales in excess of 1 million while also reaching the upper tier on Billboard's "Hot 100" Charli XCX's top 10 debut as a lead artist. In addition, the track also featured on "THE FAULT IN OUR STARS - MUSIC FROM THE MOTION PICTURE" Atlantic's musical companion to the hugely successful drama from 20th Century Fox has been a worldwide chart favorite, ascending to the top 10 in Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa, and Charli's own native United Kingdom.

As if that weren't enough, the "Boom Clap" companion video is also a sensation, earning over 100 million views and counting at Charli XCX's official YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOPMlIIg_38. A live version of the track, filmed at "The Fault In Our Stars Live Stream Event Presented by YouTube," can be viewed at www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DLO52AK7ig.

"SUCKER" puts the cap on what has been an extraordinary 18 months for Charli XCX, a whirlwind period that has seen her rise to the highest echelons of modern pop. The GRAMMY-nominated "Fancy (Feat. Charli XCX)" was among this year's true blockbusters, spending seven consecutive weeks atop Billboard's "Hot 100" on its way to 4x RIAA platinum certification. Charli XCX made a wide array of high profile live performances alongside Azalea, including appearances on the mtvU Woodie Awards 2014, the 2014 Billboard Music Awards, and ABC's Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and the season finale of Dancing With The Stars.

"Fancy" marked Charli's second straight co-written summer smash, following Icona Pop's 2x RIAA platinum certified hit, "I Love It (Feat. Charli XCX)." That track proved a worldwide favorite upon its 2012 release, ultimately ascending to the top 10 on Billboard's "Hot 100" as well as #1 on the UK Singles Chart.

Born Charlotte Aitchison, Charli XCX made her first big splash with 2011's "Nuclear Seasons" and quickly unleashed an indelible string of singles, mixtapes, and videos, including "You're The One" and "You (Ha Ha Ha)." "TRUE ROMANCE" Charli's IAMSOUND/Atlantic debut album earned some of last year's most rapturous reviews, with Stereogum naming it as its "Album of the Week," stating "Charli seems to skip right across ideas and words and genre boundaries because she's never known a world where those things get in the way." "Snaky, mesmerizing glitch-pop," declared Entertainment Weekly, while Billboard commended the album for possessing "plenty of monster hooks, killer beats and equally bratty kiss-offs... (Charli XCX) packs just as much sass into her dreamy electro-pop songs as she does catchy melodies." Rolling Stone tagged Charli XCX as an "Artist to Watch," proclaiming, "Her rhymes all street swagger and steamy gothic heartache flash like low-rent neon. The effect can be breathtaking." "Her collage of pop dreams, electro flash, and diary-rage lyrics could very well create a new generation of pop stars," wrote SPIN, while Pitchfork waxed fully rhapsodic about "TRUE ROMANCE" and Charli XCX's extraordinary future: "Like 90s pop stars turned 10s pop sophisticates Justin Timberlake and Beyoncé, Charli XCX stamps her personality across the entire project... 'TRUE ROMANCE' suggests she'll be worth following for a while. On Tumblr, Instagram, and whatever comes next, sure, but musically most of all."

The upcoming round of live dates see Charli XCX continuing a non-stop schedule that has already seen her spend much of the past two years knocking out audiences both here and abroad with sold out headline tours, support slots (alongside such artists as Coldplay and Ellie Goulding), and show-stealing festival appearances. Charli XCX has also received widespread media attention, including cover features in both Billboard and Complex. Critical applause has also rained down, with The New York Times praising Charli's "furious, catchy, electronic dance-pop songs about being a woman scorned" and Idolator hailing her as "freakishly energetic" and "unique." Perhaps Urban Outfitters summed it up best: "Charli XCX is badass."
