Cara Delevingne to Join Cast of Zadan & Meron's Beach Boys Musical Biopic?

Deadline reports that model turned actress Cara Delevingne may be joining the cast of an upcoming Beach Boys musical film to be titled All Summer Long, from producers Craig Zadan, Neil Meron, and John Stamos. According to the report, the actress may take on the role of 'Caroline.'

The actress, soon to star in 'Pan' is currently in discussions to take on a lead role in the film, to be directed by Michael Sucsy. Fox 2000. The studio acquired the rights to the Beach Boys catalogue of music. The film will appropriately be set in California during the 1960's.

Hairspray and Chicago producers Zadan and Meron joined forces with Stamos in 2000 for an ABC biopic titled The Beach Boys: An American Family, which the three exec produced.

Delevingne was named Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards in 2012, and made her film debut in Anna Karenina opposite Keira Knightley and Aaron Taylor-Johnson. Her other film credits include London Fields with Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, Kids In Love, Justin Chadwick's Tulip Fever and Pan.

She will soon be seen in Michael Winterbottom's Face Of An Angel which will have its World premiere at the Toronto Film Festival.
