CBS Tops Monday in Viewers and Wins Every Half-Hour in Key Demos

How I Met Your Mother, featuring Robin Sparkles, delivered its highest adults 18-49 rating since last February and was the night's top program in adults 18-49 and adults 18-34, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Feb. 4.

How I Met Your Mother was first in households (6.5/10), viewers (10.32m), adults 25-54 (4.9/12), adults 18-49 (4.0/11) and adults 18-34 (3.5/11). How I Met Your Mother posted its best deliveries in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-34 since Jan. 16, 2012 and its best adults 18-49 ratings since Feb. 6, 2012. How I Met Your Mother also delivered its second-largest audience of the season. How I Met Your Mother posted the night's best deliveries in adults 18-49 and adults 18-34, and matched the night's best delivery in adults 25-54 (with 2 Broke Girls).

The season premiere of Rules of Engagement (P) was first in households (5.8/09), adults 25-54 (4.2/10) and adults 18-49 (3.1/08) and a very close second in viewers (9.33m, -0.02 behind FOX). Compared to the "Partners" premiere on Sept. 24, 2012, Rules of Engagement was up +38% in households (from 4.2/06), +50% in adults 25-54 (from 2.8/07), +29% in adults 18-49 (from 2.4/06) and added +2.77m viewers (from 6.56m, +42%).

2 Broke Girls was first in households (6.9/10), viewers (11.21m), adults 25-54 (4.9/11), adults 18-49 (3.6/09) and adults 18-34 (2.5/09). 2 Broke Girls posted the night's top households and viewers totals, and tied How I Met Your Mother for the best adults 25-54 ratings of the night.

MIKE & Molly at 9:30 PM was first in households (6.7/10), viewers (10.70m), adults 25-54 (4.3/09) and adults 18-49 (3.1/08).

At 10:00 PM, Hawaii Five-0 was first in households (6.1/10), viewers (9.63m), adults 25-54 (3.2/08) and adults 18-49 (2.3/06). Compared to the last first-run episode on Jan. 21, 2013, Hawaii Five-0 was even in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

For the night, CBS was first in households (6.3/10), viewers (10.14m), adults 25-54 (4.1/10), adults 18-49 (3.1/08) and adults 18-34 (2.2/07). CBS won every half-hour in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49, and won five of six half-hours in viewers.
