CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH CHARLES OSGOOD posted its largest audience since May 31, 2015, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Oct. 25. The broadcast remained the #1 Sunday morning news program with adults 25-54, the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in news, and viewers, according to Nielsen.

The broadcast delivered 5.67 million viewers and a 1.2/06 with adults 25-54, its best this season.

Season-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING is the #1 Sunday morning news program with viewers (5.31m) and adults 25-54 (1.1/06).

Sunday's broadcast featured Jane Pauley's interviewed Kim Phuc, who as a little girl was the subject of an unforgettable photo that would help end the Vietnam war;
Michelle Miller interviewed musician and actor Harry Connick, Jr.; Tracy Smith profiled actor, comedian, and "Monty Python" co-founder John Cleese; Lee Cowan looked at the mystery behind London's famed serial killer known as Jack the Ripper; Martha Teichner explored the artwork of 19th century portrait artist John Singer Sargent; Faith Salie weighed in on the presidential campaign of Donald Trump; and Steve Hartman profiled a young girl who owns a winning race horse.

CBS SUNDAY MORNING is broadcast Sundays (9:00-10:30 AM, ET) on the CBS Television Network. Rand Morrison is the executive producer.
