CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH CHARLES OSGOOD delivered its largest first quarter audience since the 1987 advent of people meters, and remained the #1 Sunday morning news program with viewers and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen most current ratings. CBS SUNDAY MORNING has posted viewer increases in each first quarter since 2009.

For the first quarter 2015, CBS SUNDAY MORNING delivered 6.21 million views and a 1.5/08 in adults 25-54, the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in news. CBS SUNDAY MORNING added +30,000 viewers (from 6.18m) compared to first quarter 2014.

CBS SUNDAY MORNING ended the first quarter with an audience of 6.07 million viewers and a 1.4/08 in adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for March 29, 2015. Season-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING is up +2% in viewers (6.10m from 5.99m) compared to last year.

The March 29 broadcast included Mo Rocca's look at the life and legacy of Frank Sinatra; Scott Simon's interview with Brian Grazer; Tracy Smith's profile of blind artist Jeff Hanson; Seth Doane's trip on the "Maharajas' Express"; Ben Tracy's chat with actor and writer Jon Cryer; and Steve Hartman's update to his story about math teacher and hospital volunteer Jim O' Connor.
CBS SUNDAY MORNING is broadcast Sundays (9:00-10:30 AM, ET) on the CBS Television Network. Rand Morrison is the executive producer.
