=CBS SUNDAY MORNING, the nation's #1 Sunday morning news program, delivered 6.5 million viewers and its third most-watched broadcast of the 2015-2016 TV season, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for April 3.
The broadcast, anchored by Charles Osgood, also posted a 1.4/07 with adults 24-54, the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in news.

CBS SUNDAY MORNING is delivering 6.03 million viewers and a 1.3/07 with adults 25-54.

Sunday's broadcast featured Charlie Rose's profile of
Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly; Mark Strassmann's interview with Grammy winning, country music, singer/songwriter Chris Stapleton; Rita Braver's chat with Anderson Cooper and his mother, Gloria Vanderbilt, about their relationship and how they've explored that bond in a new book; Lesley Stahl's look at the relationship between grandparents and their grandchildren; Conor Knighton's report from Big Bend National Park in Texas; Faith Salie's look at the works of Corita Kent, an artist who was once a nun; New York Times writer Mark Leibovich's opinion piece on baseball and politics; and Steve Hartman's look at a husband and wife who are committed to finding a cure for her rare, incurable disease.
