CBS 23 Daytime Emmy Wins Lead All Networks

CBS leads all networks with 23 wins at the "42nd Annual Daytime Emmy® Awards" broadcast and creative arts ceremonies this weekend. THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, television's #1 daytime drama, won its ninth Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL claimed eight creative arts Emmy Awards, more than any other daytime drama. LUCKY DOG, part of CBS Saturday Morning's CBS DREAM TEAM, IT'S EPIC! lineup, received the show's first Emmy Award, with Brandon McMillan winning Outstanding Lifestyle/Travel/Children's Series Host.

Other top wins for THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS include Outstanding Supporting Actress Amelia Heinle and Outstanding Younger Actress Hunter King, as well as THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL taking home Emmy Awards for Outstanding Drama Series Writing Team and Outstanding Drama Series Directing Team.

In addition, CBS SUNDAY MORNING won its second Emmy Award for Outstanding Morning Program.
