TMZ reports exclusively that Bruce Jenner has halted production on his planned docuseries which was to follow his transformation from a man into a woman. The Olympian says he is feeling too much pressure from the show's producers and is concerned about the effects of the show on his family.

Sources connected with the project tell TMZ, " ... Bruce told producers 2 weeks ago he felt like they were rushing him and compromising his family by gunning for a May air date."

According to the report, Jenner has two major concerns. The first is that his three sons were "in a good place" to psychologically handle the upcoming changes he will undergo. The second involves the emotional impact resulting from a recent car accident he was involved in, in which a woman died as an apparent result of his inattentiveness.

A source directly connected to the project told TMZ " ... "There's a 99.9% chance the docuseries will happen," but it's still possible Bruce could pull the plug. According to the site, the show will eventually air but will not debut this May as planned.

Jenner's interview with ABC's Diane Sawyer however is proceeding on schedule.
