Just days after Broadway's Matthew Broderick (IT'S ONLY A PLAY) signed on for the upcoming dark comedy LOOK AWAY, Variety reports that fellow stage vet Benjamin Walker has joined the cast.

Walker joins previously announced Chloë Sevigny and UK actress Shannon Tarbet in the cast.

Tarbet will take on the lead role, with Broderick and Sevigny playing her parents. Walker will co-star as 'Farmer Smithson', described as "a local psychiatrist with a mild form of Aspergers" who treats Tarbet's character.

Andy Delaney and Monty Whitebloom will direct from a script by Jennifer Schuur. Tarbet's character is described as "an offbeat young woman who is unable to physically see her mother due to a fictional affliction called selective blindness."

Walker will soon appear on the big screen in IN THE HEART OF THE SEA, THE CHOICE and THE MOON AND THE SUN. His big movie break was in ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER.

The actor last starred on Broadway in CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF. Before that, he appeared onstage in BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON and LES LIAISONS DANGEREUSES and INHERIT THE WIND.
