Bravo Media says I do... again with a series renewal of NEWLYWEDS: THE FIRST YEAR. For the second season, Bravo will partner once again with Monkey Kingdom, part of NBCUniversal International Television Production, along with Academy award-nominated documentarian Eddie Schmidt ("Twist of Faith"). Season one of "Newlyweds: The First Year" averaged over 1.3 million total viewers as the series followed the lives of four newlywed couples through the trials and tribulations during their first 365 days of marriage.

From their wedding day to one-year anniversary, season two will feature four new couples as they embark on their new lives together. With 50% of all marriages ending in divorce, viewers will watch these couples put love to the test in each compelling, hour-long episode. Although the journeys of the couples' paths never cross, their stories offer a common thread that allows viewers to relate to the joys and challenges of married life.

"Newlyweds: The First Year" is produced by Monkey Kingdom with Will Macdonald, David Granger and Eddie Schmidt serving as Executive Producers.
