Bounce TV (www.bouncetv.com), the nation's first-ever broadcast television network for African Americans, is now seen live alongside Univision stations in San Francisco, Boston, Miami, Denver, Sacramento, Raleigh and Tampa. The launches are part of a distribution agreement between Univision Television Group and Bounce TV; an unprecedented deal bringing together the leading over-the-air broadcaster targeting Hispanic America and the only over-the-air network targeting African Americans.

"Univision launching Bounce TV so swiftly is one of the fastest from-ink-to-air situations we've ever seen. We could not be happier with Univision's commitment and support of Bounce TV and we look forward to viewers in these seven new markets finding - and loving - Bounce TV," commented Jeffrey Wolf, executive vice president of distribution, Bounce TV.

"We are pleased to partner with Bounce TV to bring programming that targets African Americans on air in several key markets," commented Kevin Cuddihy, president, Univision Television Group. "With this partnership, Univision and Bounce TV have created a powerful one-two entertainment combination."

This launch drives Bounce TV's coverage to 86% of African American television homes and 68% of the total United States. Bounce TV is now available in all of the top ten markets and 24 of the top 25 African American markets.

Bounce TV targets African Americans primarily between the ages of 25-54 with a programming mix of theatrical motion pictures, live sports, original and off-net series, documentaries, specials, and inspirational faith-based programs. Bounce TV airs twenty four hours a day, seven days a week on the signals of local television stations. Martin Luther King III and Ambassador Andrew Young are among the Founding Group and Board of Directors of Bounce TV. Bounce TV is majority African American-owned.
