There seems to be no end to Bill Cosby's legal problems.

Cosby lost his appeal to the California Court of Appeals to dismiss the lawsuit filed against him.

"We are very happy about the Court of Appeal decision yesterday which allows Ms. Huth's case to proceed rather than being dismissed," Huth's attorney Gloria Allred told EW. "It is very important to Ms. Huth that she be able to have her day in court in this case."

This particular suit was filed by Judy Huth, claiming that in 1974, Cosby commited sexual battery against her. She was 15 at the time.

In addition, Janice Dickinson brought a lawsuit against Cosby for defamation in early May.

Allegations against Cosby for sexual misconduct were first revealed by comedian HANNIBAL Buress, who called the 'Cosby Show' star a rapist during a routine. Since that time several other women have come forward to reveal that they too were victims of Mr. Cosby, including former model Janice Dickinson, who shared withENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT that she was drugged and raped by Cosby more than 30 years ago.

In addition, scheduled appearances on CBS's Late Show and THE QUEEN LATIFAH SHOW have been canceled. In addition, NBC has cancelled Cosby's upcoming family comedy.
