Beyonce Bumps Oprah from Top of Forbes Most Powerful Celebrity List

Superstar Beyoncé has climbed to No. 1 on the Forbes Celebrity 100, bumping the Queen of Media Oprah from the top spot. The annual list is based on number of media mentions, social media status and overall societal impact.

According to the report, the singer has earned an estimated $115 million in annual revenue since last June. The pop star broke tradition by releasing her title album with no promotions and also served as a spokesman for H&M and Pepsi. She just completed a 95-stop tour and is now on the road again this summer alongside Jay-Z, for their On The Run tour, which kicked off June 25 in Miami.

Oprah appeared in this year's No. 4 on the list following Beyonce, Lebron James and Dr. Dre.
