Ben Stiller-Produced NEXT TIME ON LONNY Season 2 Premieres on Maker.TV

Maker Studios and Red Hour Digital today launched the highly anticipated second season of "Next Time on Lonny," the explosive comedy series that parodies reality TV. Executive produced by Ben Stiller's Red Hour Digital, producer of the Emmy-nominated series "Burning Love," and by Maker Studios, viewers can watch the first three episodes of the season beginning today on Maker.TV and Maker's Youtube comedy HUB Nacho Punch.

New episodes will then launch each Tuesday and Thursday on Maker.TV, and each Wednesday and Friday on Nacho Punch. The entire second season of "Next Time on Lonny" is presented by Verizon.

"We're so excited to share the new season of Lonny and really hope fans of Season 1 will be blown away," continued series creators Alex Anfanger and Dan Schimpf. "It's been an amazing journey."

Combining sketch comedy, cinema, and satire, "Next Time on Lonny" centers on the 'next time' (or preview) segments that never happen. Season 2 takes reality star Lonny to a new city with "Lonny: Los Angeles," a more popular and polished version of his reality show, where the twenty-something Brooklyn native continues his search for love while navigating his life in a new and unfamiliar city. However, once the end credits roll and the teaser for the next episode runs, Lonny's mundane world quickly spirals into pure insanity. From riveting, action-packed bank heists, to alien invasions, and other over-the-top, genre-bending adventures, viewers never know what hilarious turns Lonny's life will take next.

Created by Alex Anfanger, who stars in the title role, and director Dan Schimpf, the duo, who began writing together while students at NYU, independently produced the six-episode first season in 2011. After catching the eye of Stiller and Red Hour, the pair announced in November they would co-produce the new 10-episode season of the series with Maker Studios

Season 2 of the series features an array of special guest appearances including Adam Scott ("Parks and Recreation"), Patton Oswalt ("King of Queens," "Ratatouille"), Paul Scheer ("The League"), Jerry O'Connell ("Jerry Maguire"), Haley Joel Osment ("The Sixth Sense"), Stephen Tobolowsky("Groundhog Day"), Kal Penn ("Harold & Kumar"), KassemG ("California On"), EpicLLOYD ("Epic Rap Battles of History"), Beth Dover ("Burning Love"),Kathy Baker (Edward Scissorhands), Beck Bennett (SNL), and Jon Daly ("Kroll Show," "Walter Mitty"), among others.

Anfanger and Schimpf are also writing the Comedy Central series "Big Time in Hollywood, FL," which will star Anfanger and be directed by Schimpf. The project is produced by Ben Stiller's Red Hour and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.
